  1. Not all is well in KKville -- Alpharetta, GA. KK did not make the filing deadline for ADRN, it now has the dreaded 'E' suffix and trades as ADRNE.

  2. A VERY sobering lesson has been learned, actually reinforced, from today's ADRNE filing. KK diluted that company from 62 million shares to more than 4 billion shares in the last three months. It is not enough to say that they are a different company than GERSD. KK is the CEO of both and this is his operational mentality proven again. GERSD is in a different state financially and business wise -- but should he need to KK will not hesitate to dilute GERS(D) to near death. This has been my warning message for months and one of the components of the answer to the question of why can GERSD have such a small market cap? Everyone is legitimately concerned about how KK is going to pay off the $39 million. Well folks, on page 4 of Q3 is a little number, $116,732,172! I think that this represents the amount common share holders have contributed to GERS(D) over the years. Yeah KK gave back about $500,000 in the last quarter. My point is that we the common share holders need a concerted management effort to keep up our PPS in order for such massive dilution not to happen here, and probably result in another R/S. We have earned from a monetary sense more courtesy and transparency -- mainly thorough more public communication. If we do not hear from KK until next February, that will be another travesty to our relationship.

  3. Nobody, Why do you just sell out and get out of our space. It appears you are a short termer expecting great gains in minimum time frame. This is a struggling company against large companies aimed to drive it under. It will take another year to establish itself as a going commodity in the market.

If you had the balls to admit it, you would say "this is not a company I may be able to live with and get out".

Get your cuff ruffled and go whine to someone else. KK is an honorable man as far as I may tell. Given the David and Goliath story, the company may well have been bankrupt two years ago and you would have nothing to complain about.

In the meantime complain about our president how he guarunteed green technology, but only paid his cronies for donations. This is a bon-a-fide business in infancy working against all odds and doing well considering the current economic situation. Why do you not go try to borrow a few million dollars and buy it and do better? Because nobody listens to you!

  4. Please - Nobody has been around here more than most - at least 6 years by my reckoning. Have you got that "length of service here"? If not then keep your ill-considered personal rants to yourself.
