  1. Share price is languishing at $.04, you tell me why!!!

Post all the articles and hype you want, but quite honestly this appears to be dead in the water. Great measure of a company is the share price so I suggest you pull up a 15 year chart... For some reason I can't let go of my losses and thank God I don't need the money right now...

  2. Hype? Skunk posted some links on the subject at hand. What you do is your business.

  3. Many of the posts the Skunk puts up with links to news articles and corporate releases are insinuations (type of hype) that it will be great for GERS. None of it, I repeat, none of it has yet to pan out for the common shareholder. If you disagree, then why else would it be posted here? I am interested in one thing, a higher share price and getting my hard earned money back on what has so far been a horrible investment. I am somewhat encouraged about this appeal or I would simply bale...

  4. I bought at a penny and have tripled my money. Keep up the insinuations, hype, articles, court documents, news, corporate releases. It's the entire point of this blog and I do appreciate it. If you don't like it, don't read it!

  5. Only positive posts by the Skunk on his blog? I do not think so.

  6. I said many, not "only"...

I appreciate the court updates and notices of the various filings and I thank Skunk for that. My issue was and is with all the years of "fringe" news that, in some minds, is supposed to add up to something for GERS and hasn't...

If you bought at a penny, congratulations but I tend to doubt that. Most on this board have been here for years and have suffered thru multiple stock splits and an erosion of capital. Nothing, not one thing, has come from these fringe articles or this Attis deal. That is apparent based upon the real benchmark, the share price.

  7. It is possible that they bought for a penny. Just prior to the last R/S a boatload of shares were available at 0.009 (0.9 cents post R/S). I bought hundreds of thousands of shares (sometime in April/May 2017) at that price and lowered my average cost per share considerably. If someone bought in then, and only then, it is possible to have an average price per share less than a penny on a large position.

  8. selling is another story as the buyers aren't there.

  9. What's the best case scenario share price if they win in court? How much money is on the line here?

  10. Several years ago there was documentation of actual damages in excess of $250 million. Remember these have been accumulating for more than a decade. This figure could be trebled for a punitive damages component, as the infringement was purposeful and willful.

  11. $50 PPS/A Billion with a B

  12. Two bad scenarios: we lose and get nothing - or - we win and they all file chap 11 and we get nothing.

None of these companies have anywhere near the resources to pay us huge damages.

  13. Some might file but that's ok. We buy them up cheap then retrofit with our next-gen upgrades, like Atis is doing.

    or

Work out a deal for higher % royalty until we're paid.

    but

Regardless, all survivors pay a royalty.
    no debt no dilution
    Each million profit/20 million shares = $.05 x pe 10 = $.50
    10 million profit $5 pps
    100 mill = $50
    my 2 cents

  14. At $.50 I am set, at $5.00 I am a millionaire, but at $50.00 I am a multi-millionaire!

Every dollar higher the boat gets bigger and bigger... I hope to retire (be able to retire but not really retire) in 5 years. Even if we win this appeal, my guess is that if it is re-appealed to a higher court then this continues on for a few more years. Even if there is no appeal on a positive verdict for us, it could take years to get the first dollar. But I guess we have all expected to wait and hope with this thing...

  15. Unless the Supreme Court decides that there is a constitutional issue here (very unlikely), the Federal Circuit is the FINAL COURT -- there is none higher. Their ruling will make their verdict the law of the land, applicable to the entire industry -- not just the defendants. This is why I do not want a settlement, and never have! We have waited so long, what is another year to achieve this clarion outcocme?

  16. All true.

BTW Can anyone give me an updated list of brokers (or a broker) who accepts buys?

  17. E-trade and Schwab work great. I ended up going with Schwab because they have a local office here in Omaha. Simple, cheap, effective and very professional staff. I left my Ameritrade account open, haven't used it in years.

And thanks to ice-in-ak's (IHUB) referral to Schwab, I got a free $100 for opening the account.
