With death of Mckinney this delay was expected. The optimism should not be impacted on either side of that equation. The real question is: do Gerslanders have the intelligence and patience to wait this out? Could that be an oxymoron using "intellence" in the same sentence as "Gerslanders", since they have already tread where intelligent beings refuse to go?

ICM breached is contractual obligations to Golden Grain by its acts and/or
omissions, including but not limited to the following:
b. Negligently designing, manufacturing and/or distributing the Tank so that it was unfit for its intended use;
c. Failing to design the Tank free of defects and deficiencies;
d. Failing to use due care and safety to ensure that the Tank would not cause an unreasonable risk of malfunction;
e. Failing to design the Tank in a skillful, workmanlike, prudent, and non-reckless manner;
f. Failing to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations, and industry standards;
g. Negligently delegating, hiring, and/or supervising the workmanship of its agents and employees;

Bill Provides Tax Credits For Biobased Chemical Production
ReplyDeleteThe bill allows taxpayers to claim a production tax credit of 15 cents per pound of biobased content of each renewable chemical produced during the taxable year. Renewable chemicals are defined as those produced in the U.S. from renewable biomass and used as or for the production of chemical products, polymers, plastics or formulated products. Qualified chemicals must have a biobased content of at least 95 percent and be the product of biological conversion, thermal conversion or a combination of the two. Qualifying renewable chemicals cannot be sold or used for the production of any food, feed or fuel product.
