ReplyDeleteIf you really think that any thing consistently positive is going to happen to this stock until this round of litigation is over and an adequate monetary award comes to GERS that will allow it to pay off all the debts; you are absolutely delusional. If there is a SJ in GERS favor it will be immediately appealed. If we go to trial that result will be immediately appealed. We are many, many months away from this stock moving consistently north. Yes, there may be a temporary blip if there is a positive SJ, but when the dilution continues that honeymoon will be over. That is why history, that so may of you scoff at, is so important; it is informative as to what the real issues are. So members of the Hallelujah Chorus you are in for a rude awakening and your unrequited expectations will be quickly dashed if you haven't learned the lesson here. G'd help the idiots -- they cannot help themselves.
