Except for the date and the document number this looks the same as Adkin's yesterday? Am I missing something?

Open House
United Wisconsin Grain Producers, is about to hold an open house. Certainly with valid purpose, they hope to educate the public concerning ethanol issues. See Here
United Wisconsin Grain Producers is a defendant in the GreenShift litigation case. Notice they mention the production of "two million gallons of crude corn oil." If anyone can attend I would be happy to repost pictures and thoughtful impressions.

Glen
Today I happened to meet a young lady who I was a High School classmate with - more than a few years ago. That doesn't happen very often. Even her name tag didn't save me. (In my defense women tend to change their last name occasionally.) Can you remember names from the past better than I?
Remember Glen Courtright? The former CEO of Ecosystems? He was going to feed waste food to insects and then turn the insects into oil for fuel and protein for a fish farm protein supplement. Using a certain company's oil extraction expertise. Well Ecosystem and Mr. Courtright parted ways quite a while back. I wonder what he is doing now?

GERS Moves to add the '484 Patent
If you remember I recently posted that the '484 Patent will issue on the 9th of October. This may conflict with the court's 1 October deadline. GERS lawyers have now requested to add it in the filing below.

"In compliance with the Court’s Case Management Order, CleanTech submits this motion in order to adhere to the October 1, 2012 deadline to add new patents to the Case. CleanTech respectfully requests permission to amend the Complaint to add a count that alleges infringement of the ‘484 Patent."
