Pacer "improved" their format, of course it is making things a bit harder. However I just came from their site - nothing new to report on the litigation front. . .
Skunk, Slash or anyone, a number of people are throwing around a 60 day timeline for the Markman ruling. I'm not sure where that came from. Have you seen anything on pacer referencing a 60 day timeline from hearing to ruling? TIA
It surely is really quiet. The calm before the storm? The darkness before the dawn? Feels like sitting in a hospital waiting room.
